Description of Event:

This is a black tie affair integrating a luxurious Christmas gala with the NWGA Chapter of the National Coalition of 100 Black Women’s favorite holiday gifts.  Guests are invited to give to a charitable cause while supporting Atlanta’s finest entrepreneurs showcased through various luxurious lounges. Proceeds from this community fundraiser will benefit scholarships for the High School to High Heels mentoring program.  Join us for an evening of cocktails, fabulous food, featured luxury products for purchase, great music and give-a-ways throughout the evening. There will also be an intimate tour of one of Atlanta’s most esteemed properties presented by The Wells Luxury Group.

The National Coalition of 100 Black Women:

The National Coalition of 100 Black Women (NCBW) consists of more than 7,000 progressive women of African descent who represent 65 chapters in 26 states and the District of Columbia. The members’ commitment to gender equity and socioeconomic advancement drives meaningful change to benefit not only Black women but also other women of color. NCBW’s mission is to advocate on behalf of all these women through national and local actions and strategic alliances that promote leadership development and gender equity in the areas of health, education and economic empowerment.

High School to High Heels:

The High School to High Heels Mentoring Program envisions a strong educated, African American community of young women who positively impact our nation and world by living a life of health, economic and political influence, and cutting edge corporate and educational savvy that flows increasingly through future generations of African American people.
